Atendimento péssimo, dificuldade até de achar o site, na própria página não existe um link para pedirmos as certidões, no contato telefônico me mandaram buscar no e-cartorio em vez de me passar logo o endereço do site que não estou encontrando. :(

Falam com vc como se estivessem num pedestal de mármore..Deveriam ser substituídos por bots e IA. O que não demorará a se tornar realidade. Typical brazilian bureaucratic nightmare org. Be prepared to be treated like manure. Prepare to fulfill obligatory " where is the receipt we handed to you last time" kind of BS. They register all kinds of real estate transactions and charge for tens of stamps and approval which in a normal country are unecessary. An obligatory and expensive nightmare of brazilian bureaucracy.
