We rented a car. GPS was missing and we were charged extra for outside cleaning of the car. We used the car just very normal, there was rain in Sao Paulo that day, of course the car was a bit stained from the rain, but nothing out of the ordinary. To charge extra for this is an outrage, and zero sense of costumer service. I recommend to rent in another place.

Service is friendly but the car was terrible. Old and poorly maintained, only just met what was shown on the website. They didn't charge for a 5 hour late return though and it was the cheapest option by far online.
