They closed all their unidades and kept this school/roaster, although it’s not an official cafe, you are able to buy coffee beans and sometimes chocolate. They offer a cupping a every Saturday and some others classes.

Good coffee, but TERRIBLE customer experience so far. First experience - I waited an hour and fifteen minutes after Opening for an employee to show up. He never did. Side note: I had walked 45 minutes to get there. There was a kind gentleman who was cleaning the shop and he informed me the barista was probably a little late. Because of the pandemic and all I was asked to wait out side. Totally understood the situation. I sat on the curb and waited. And waited. Until I couldn't because I had to walk back 45 minutes and get to work. I gave my business card to the kind gentlemen to pass to the manager of the shop. I never got a call or email. No big deal, tho. I get that too. Second visit - Someone was there, thankfully. I placed an order from the intercom. The shop was still not fully open due to the pandemic. (All good - I understand). But then, they kept me waiting 30 minutes to grab me 2 bags of coffee. I didn't even order a drink. I just wanted couple bags to brew at home. Come on, guys - It's okay if it's going to take that long but please have the courtesy to let me know it was going to take that long to grab two bags of coffee. Third visit. Third chance? I ordered 2 bags AHEAD of time because I WANT to like Isso é Cafe. I really do. I asked them to grind my beans this time... For a Technivorm Moccamaster DRIP machine OR a grind for a pourover. What I got were finely ground beans. So fine that my machine overflowed from the top of the filters because my machine was getting clogged. I had to keep turning it off so it wouldn't over flow. Total brew time was all out of wack. This was probably one of the worst craft coffee experience I've ever had. Their coffee is pretty good and well priced, but there are plenty of other options in SP.

Amazing local coffee shop! It's got a fantastic location and delicious coffee! I tried the micro brew and it was excellent! Don't forget the cheese bread!

Great little coffee shop. Excellent coffee. Best cheesy bread in town. No air conditioning the day I was there. Doors wide open. Outdoor areas to enjoy.

Great coffee (both hot and cold brew) and a nice, calm, green patio to enjoy it after checking out the amazing art at Beco do Batman. Can't ask for more.
