A place where you can have a great view of Belo Horizonte. The only problem is the access: There is no bus to go to there. You will have to walk for about 10 minutes from Pope's Square to arrive or go by car.

GREAT SUNSET VIEWS!!! If you want to get the views of entire Belo Metropolis area while enjoying the stunning sunset, this is the place for you. The park is open from Dusk to Dawn. The gated location is easily accessible by Uber followed by a short walk to the viewing area. There is no entry fee for the park! The area is clean, safe and family friendly. However the only thing missing is there are no food stalls. So plan to bring drinking water and snacks to enjoy with the view! There are public restrooms but those are not too clean either. Overall a little inconvenient but the views definitely make up for it!

Great views across the city. A shame that it's not open for sun rise and sun set though, I'd love to see both. Free entry is a positive too, we'd charge for similar views in Europe!

Amazing views of the city, a taste of exclusive lifestyle passing nearby manicured villas, and an exhilarating zipline jump, for about R60 if you dare! The Mirante is free to the public, had public bathrooms, and nearby vendors selling snacks and drinks. A very hilly climb up from the Parque das Mangabeiras, so drive, or wear comfortable shoes.

Unfortunately I couldn't see the sunset because they close it at 17:00, so stupid. But there you will find the best view of the city.

Belo Horizonte must be admired from the top of its nearby mountains. The Mirante das Mangabeiras, located besides the Parque das Mangabeiras, provides an unrivalled panoramic view of the city. Take a walk of 5 km from the centre and you won't regret it. At the entrance to the Mirante, you have toilets and water fountains.
