Beatiful store. Top service in store. Friendly and fast. But very bad customerservice when you have problems or complain and call or mail them. You will get treated very bad.
Its kindda expensive, but the products are very nice.

I love this place.... I can find everything from everywhere! The place is clean, fresh, clear... The staffs are polite and respectful... Why I didn't give 5 stars? The price... Everything is very expensive! Just 1 problem...

Palato is a “premium” supermarket chain in Maceio. Premium in quotes means that it is closer to European standards. Prices are higher than in other supermarkets in the area, but some import items are only available here. The clientele is divided between foreigners looking for non Brazilian products and richer locals that simply want to show they can spend more than common folk. Bottom line, you can find almost anything in sale here in less expensive shops, come here for all the rest. Palato offers free parking (with attendant) for customers opposite the entrance.
