Horrible service, the vendors lack knowledge and were not very polite. Came there with a bunch of friends, we all had the same impressions, we liked the quality of the equipment they had, but the attitude of the vendors made me decide not to buy there. After a few months I decided to give it a second chance and call there to ask if they had a Specialized Evade helmet, and once again the guy was unhelpful and rude if compared to the other stores I usually buy from and they didn't have the helmet anyway. That's strange, after all it's a Specialized specific store. Very few stores in the city have the vast amount of high quality equipment the have, I would certainly buy there if it wasn't for the bad service.
