Celisa is a very charming and warmhearted person. Her extraordinary way of teaching not only guarantees the best results, but also lots of fun during the lessons. She cares a lot about the comfort and the well-being of her students and always provides a personal contact before 1st lesson in order to clear up doubts and to create the upmost transparency. Learning Portuguese with Celisa is definitely an experience for life as she ensures that her students get the opportunity to "live the Brazilian life " for a while. I super recommend her! The best teacher I have ever had. Love you, Celisa!

I really enjoyed learning Portuguese wir Celisa. She is a friendly and patient teacher and knows how to encourage the student for receiving the best learning success. The lessons are individual, versatile, and face to face. Celisa motivated me to speak only Portuguese in the lessons(at least I tried it), luckily she also speaks fluently English;) Before I came to Celisa I could not speak any Portuguese word but already after 2 weeks lessons I could hold small conversations. (Of course you have to be motivated to learn the language). I totally recommend her.

Learning Portuguese could never have been as efficient and fun as with Celisa. She doesn't just follow a textbook like most other language courses, but she adapts the teaching method to your needs. Celisa sees where your weaknesses lay, and will focus on them immediately. When I arrived in Brasil, I was only able to speak a few words in the Portuguese language. After two weeks with Celisa, people already started asking me how it was possible to learn a language so fast. With over 40 years of experience, she is the best professor I could imagine. Courses not only include theory, but also practical sessions. Celisa takes you with her 'in the field', to events, to restaurants, where you learn the vocabulary and specific language of the environment. She takes you on hikes with other students, so you interact with them and can correct each other where necessary. After my stay in Brasil, not only did I leave the country packed with a new language, but also with having a fantastic friend, a wonderful, incredibly interesting person who you can laugh and talk to about everything. Even weeks/months after the last class we still contact each other, which, on the educative side, is good to maintain and keep practicing in Portuguese. I can highly recommend learning Portuguese with Celisa to anyone wanting to learn the language in an efficient, correct and incredibly fast way!
