Very good fun even in the rain, but just be careful of some difficult terrain and the (red) arrows can be easy to miss!

Beautiful park, a world apart from busy Rio. We went on a Monday in mid August and only saw a handful of people. Walked the Circuito Do Vale Histórico, a very easy walk (don’t trust the guide who says it’s 7km, more like 5 to 5.5km) very easy walk to do with kids.
