Horribly rude and disinterested. I felt uncomfortable with how grumpy and short he was with my boyfriend. Another tourist I guess. We didn’t have wifi so didn’t know our air b&b address- he didn’t explain that he needed to call and validate us. We left. Yuck.

Very friendly service. The owner of the shop can speak spanish. Bike prices were comparable to those at other places, but the quality was much better. The people working there were wonderful. Also, they have a service that if you have a mechanical issue they will send someone over with a new bike for you! Just be prepared that an english speaker may not answer the phone..

So then the point comes when they explain you in spanish where you can go with the bicycle. And I said: I want to go on the new bicycle path hanging off the cliffs at av Niemeyer (open Jan 2016). And they say: you cannot go there, it's dangerous. No point discussing. I went to another place and they tell me: you can go where you want with our bikes except favelas. And the Niemeyer bicycle path is a must do. Note : after the collapse of the cliff hanging bicycle path in April 2016 I have to take back my words.

bom serviço, o pessoal da oficina é muito bom, Bryan e Lula são excelentes profissionais, preço justo. aluguel de bicicletas e consertos são o carro chefe da loja, mas fazem limpeza, montagem e reparos. com certeza boa opção para manter sua bicicleta em bom funcionamento.
